Dr. VP, thanks you for a thorough response including things I am not familiar with, however, I did go my own route, and pushed for endoscopic eval, after much resistance by hospital, to discover 2 strictures, one due to zenkers diverticulum and the other schlatzkys ring, both stretched and is eating much better now.
