Very awesome and insightful. Tactful, kind, and honest. Seems very smart, too! I wish I lived near the hospital he works at, as I'd make him my actual in person doctor. I am quirky and I don't trust doctors much. I trust him.

This was an excellent way to get answers for a person who has severe anxiety and has trouble getting out to see a doctor personally. Dr. Sheppe answered my question(s) precisely, quickly and over a holiday. His answers were extremely helpful and there was new information that I hadn't heard before.

I got an answer faster than expected considering it's a holiday. His answer was very proactive and gave me some hope. It was the best answer I've gotten so far. Good psychiatrist in our area is challenging. 5 stars for Dr. Sheppe!
