I took your advice and went to the emergency room and had the evaluation done and are in the process of seeing a psychiatrist so I can get my wife to agree very difficult

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your encouraging me to get off paxil and increase the mirtazapine to 45 mg. I was hoping the 30 would be sufficient for ocd but I accept your advice. I am also in NYC so thanks for your referral.
