Hello I showed your answer with my GP and he said, "Who is this Quack?" This is the same GP who has refused to send me to a psychiatrist because he said they are all mentally unstable. I showed your answer to another doctor and he agreed with your analysis. I have asked my GP for an appointment with a psychiatrist for 18 years and he has refused every time. When I asked him a while a few years back he said he doesn't know any good psychiatrists that are not expensive. I live in Canada and psychiatrist appointments are paid for by the government. I did not know that till I asked another doctor. Your advise makes sense. My GP said to keep using the lower 30mg does of Mirtazapine until the anxiety hyper ventilating side effects wear off. He said if I am still have the anxiety when i go to bed next week then he will change courses. He didn't tell me what he would do.
