Answered my question and i just came back from my pcp and he said the same thing it was okay to try SAM E but consider the cost since i am currently unemployed but looking i have insurance but they do not cover supplements which when you have no income can be a burden, Although if it works it is worth it thank you

He replied immediately and his response was extremely thorough. He provided me with exceptional advice and recommendations. He was also quite kind and understanding. I quickly discerned that he was beyond an expert within psychiatry. He not only addressed my question and concerns but explained extremely detailed and minute critical details, in clear and concise terms I thoroughly understood. Beyond any doubt at all, I very highly recommend Dr. Sheppe!

Follow up. Dr. SHeppe was right in his diagnosis of severe fatigue and depression. The fatigue, was caused by an ill fitting mask which I changed, and I started using it every night because it did not keep waking me up when the seal would break, and it would start squealing. So I am now at my baseline fatigue state, not the super, unable to function type fatigue, and my mood is better. He also recommended and SNRI, Cymbalta which I was on for years until I tried to come off it and had bad withdrawal like sysmptons even when I tapered slowly so when my doctor put me on a new med he choose an SSRI, which maybe I should go back to Cymbalta. At any rate great doctor, he knows he stuff, and he was firm and accurate in his diagnosis and I give this man a 5 star rating. THanks Dr SHeppe.
