Thank you so much. She followed these instructions as far as seeing her PCP, although he did not feel it necessary to treat nor do further testing a week of rest, fluids and ibuprophen seemed to relieve the symptoms. So I guess we can assume it could have been a viral or possible reaction to the multiple bites she had on her body. Thanks again for your response.

Dr. Berger-Durnbaugh, Thank you for your answer to my question. I am doing fine. You gave me the answer I needed. In the future I will make certain I check store teas for the presence of ingredients that might be contraindicated for medications I am taking. If I don't have that information I won't drink the tea.
