I have heard there is a connection but there is a connection between rain and dampness and arthritis flare. Oh, well. Now, what do I do about it? Thank you so much for such a good answer.

Thank you, this is just What I wanted. I am a hypothyroid, chronic pain patient. I already take more meds than I consider safe, and I have a history of idiosyncratic reactions to medications. I would rather try food for a so far minor problem with water retention. Jh

This was my first experience and I was so impressed! The response was fast and the advice was right on! I was having pains in my chest and the Dr. diagnosed what she thought it could be and sent me to the emergency room. Very competent website and I highly recommend this site!
