Hi, Taking the Zantac twice a day has helped. I still have mucus in my throat but not as much. I am drinking lots of water and that seems to clear my throat (as well as watching when and what I eat more closely). I have taken no antacid tablets recently. If I feel the need can I take a mucinex tablet along with the Zantac? I have my yearly wellness physical in nine days and I will ask for a throat culture to see if there is an infection. Thank you so much for your help in trying to solve this problem.
