The doctor provided me with the information I needed as far as testing and I followed her advice. It turned out my hemoglobin levels were in the anemic range, but not low enough for a blood transfusion. A chemical blood panel was ordered and everything came back in the normal range. Diagnosis by my oncologist: After effects of chemotherapy can last up to eight weeks after treatment ends. I was in my sixth week of post treatment recovery, so there was nothing unusual about my being slightly anemic. Thank you Dr. Antoneta for helping me out.
