Very helpful and prompt. I was able to visit a clinic. The doctor there ordered a few different tests (nose swab, blood, and a urine culture) to rule the big things out. My blood results come back tomorrow, but it seems its something as simple as the stomach flu. He advised that I keep drinking fluids. I was also prescribed an anti-nausea medication. Essentially through, I was told to stick it out as the worst had already passed.
