Again this doctor provided a very good and informative answer, particularly to a question involving what appears to be an incurable situation, which is always more difficult. Given this we are exploring every alternative but those that are effective appear limited for this problem. Thank you for your help.

I was happy enough with the Doctors advice which was concise, very honest, and explained exactly what I had asked. Even though the answer was unfortunate, it was very well explained. I realise there is no magic answer to our problem but was hoping some drug may have been available which would assist. As he has not mentioned this it does not appear this is so.
