Dr Kakkar gave a prompt reply to my queries and even asked me to upload images of the affected area so as to ascertain my disease....I have just started his prescribed medications and it seems to be working...can't say for sure since it is just 2 days ... however till now .. upto my second foolow up question that i was allowed to as per the initial charge, I am quite satisfied..
