Thank you. It has pointed me in a new direction. I have undertaken tochange my eating habits based on your recommendations. Since that time I have had no episodes of pain. As I reflect back, some of my episodes followed high spice and garlic meals. If dietary changes don't work I will go to my physician and seek a endoscopy and/or colonoscopy.
