Dr. Gibson's responses were timely and provided useful explanation and direction. When one is left with painful and disturbing symptoms with no answers, it is traumatic wondering what could be wrong and what to do next. Her responses were calming and provided information about what to ask for and what to expect from and office visit in general. She confirmed or disconfirmed my own hypotheses based on reading about the symptoms on my own. I am grateful for her rapid response and it put us on a good pathway to find answers from physicians and specialists in our area. Thank you Dr. Gibson

I'm relieved that he doesn't have any major problem, but sorry to read that he may have to fight this condition for 4 more weeks. He's had the cough/cold for two weeks. I will tell him to keep taking antihistamine, drinking hot fluids, taking vitamin C and rest. He has not had a cold 6-8 weeks prior to this one.
