I got some very good advice from Dr. Michlle Gibson James. I put as much as I could into it. I think one of the very best helps was eating more smaller meals. This really made a difference. Thank you.

My husband doesn't have medical insurance. I started searching via Google and find A.D.A.M. I sent my question and got an answer within an hour. The Doctor that answered my question was Dr. Michelle Gibson James. She was to my knowledge very accurate and we are now taking steps to take care of his medical problems. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you Dr. James for your quick and accurate response.

Thank you for your help. People have been telling me to see my doctor but I thought I could give it more time. So I can tell them I was told by a doctor that I can treat it at home.
