I appreciate Dr. Patil's answer and promptness. It put my mind as ease, as getting ahold of my own doctors to ask the same question was too difficult, if not impossible. Since I had the information and symptoms, Dr. Patil was able to directly address the issue in a short amount of time. I recognize I need to see my PCP and urologist to stay on top of this, but when I asked the question, I felt miserable and couldn't get the information I needed to know how serious the situation was and what to do about it. It was like I was stuck in quicksand and sinking. Dr. Patil pulled me out. I started on iron, feel better (not good, but definitely better) and can move forward. Once again, this service has been extremely helpful. Thank you and thank Dr. Patil
