I would have been glad if he had mad recommendation of any orthopaedic. Also one of the answers mentions increasing the workout will reduce the pain which i tried and i think that only aggrevated this further. Anyway i will visit an orthopaedic in person and get it checked. I appreciate the quick response by the doc here.
