Dr. Kumar answered my question in a timely manner and requested more information to be able to give a more comprehensive dx. I've been to see many Drs. on this issue, and they have kept bouncing me from one to another when they were unable to find a solution. He gave me a new avenue to pursue, and gave me the purpose to try.

Very nice analysis. Dr Kumar is very precise and his analysis is from experience rather than books. Makes you feel the opinion is coming from a experienced doctor.
