The doctor brought up certain important issues, like the possibility of heart attack and overall with the limited information given was fine. The issue has subsided considerably and I now believe it may have been related to something stuck between tooth inlaid and gums surrounding, causing extreme pain. Constant brushing and gargling with Listerine has helped resolve problem.
