Gave a good answer to my present concerns. I do have a follow up appointment in a week to evaluate my reaction to the increased dosage. Also my doctor did do blood work that will be back in a day or two. Completely satisfied with your answer at present. May ask more as things progress.

Dr Sharka was extremely thorough and provided many options that could be used in order to diagnose the underlying cause of my issues; possibly cardiac related. Additionally, he readily accepted new information that I provided to him, without discounting my initial concerns, AND, expressed an interest in the outcome. In short, I felt validated and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Dr. Ilir Sharka game me a clear although technical answer to my question. I appreciated that. What's more, he explained that deceleration time increases in old age and that it is normal if the remainder of my Echo Test is not abnormal.

It was very interesting that shiny toes could be the result of a vitamin deficienty because I think that I am supposed to take vitamin D. My pain eventually went away and I have not had it again. Thank you.
