I FOUND YOUR ANSWER VERY INTERESTING AND TO THE POINT, BECAUSE I HAVE EXPERIENCED SOME, BUT NOT ALL OF THE SYMPTOMS. I AM HOPING THAT NOW THAT I AM NOT TAKING ANY STATINS ANYMORE THESE SYMPTOMS WILL GO AWAY. BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE DOCTORS DIDN'T WARN ME ABOUT THESE SIDE EFFECTS (I ALSO HAD A "FROZEN SHOULDER" FOR ABOUT A YEAR, AND PAIN IN MY NECK NOW) AND DIDN'T SEEM CONCERNED ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT RHABDOMYOLYSIS?

I was very pleased with the Dr. Bishnoi's response. My girlfriend informed me that the suggestions offered by Dr. Bishnoi never came up in discussions. She is going to take a copy of the email and bring it up with her doctor so that they may do a thorough evaluation. I appreciate the help and I definitely would recommend this.
