Since your last answer, I have changed some of my eating habits and increased my activity level. My sugar readings have gone from 200-300 to 105-179 on average. And the symptoms of the face and head tingling have gone away. Thank you! I know how diabetes can affect people, but I have never had issues so I didn't pay as close attention to what it can do as I should have. You have helped me more than you know.
