I am a physician myself and actually saw a dermatologist since I asked the question. He wasn't sure of the dx but recommended steroid cream since he didn't think they were warts. Gotten somewhat better. Your answer was entirely appropriate and on target. Thanks

Thank you for your response. My blood pressure issue was caused by a change in medicine. Have gone back to the old one. Headache and stomach problems were caused by reaction to the new medicine. Headache was also associated with a deep seeded sinus infection which is hopefully being corrected by an antibiotic. Thanks for your help.
