Dear Dr. Guni; Thank you for your follow up. I have been travelling and just now answering. My BP was 181/97 when I ran out of my prescription for about 3 days. It went down to 139/86 after resuming daily use. No other serious problems. Thanks, Dave

She is right on for the information I gave her. However, I do not have Polydipsia. The Electrolite levels were normal. I have more tests schedule for after the holidays, however, the excessive thirst has stopped.

Thank you Dr. Guni. I appreciate your help and follow up. I am continuing to take my prescription as I have a 90 day supply. I am also now taking the Predoxin in hopes that within 30 days I may see positive results. I am hoping that the two aren't "cancelling each other out". Would you recommend a different prescription for my blood pressure that would not affect my testosterone levels?

The answer was very helpful and I have changed my order of taking to conform to your answer. However you did not state best time to take the Pycnogenol and if it can be taken any time. I know I am supposed to take it with a meal. Does it matter if it is taken with the other vitamins and what time of day is it best taken.
