Since a period of 3 days elapsed since requesting assistance, I have been taking 1 Claritin tablet (Loratadine) each night before bed and the bumps have almost gone away. I will stick with this regimen for two more days, by which I expect the rash to have cleared. If not, I will then follow the sound advice od Dr. Ali Raul.
