Thank you so much for your reply. I am feeling a lot better today - the constipation is reduced considerably so much so I am reducing thje Osomolax. I am also seeing a dioetician who reccomended many of the things you said such as the yogurt and probiotics. I will chat to him about the rest. Sorry I didn't get your reply in time to avoid the BBQ and wine - but it seems to have worked out OK.

Dr confirmed my suspicion of the Neosporin aggravating the contact dermatitis. I used it because that's what the nurse told me to use. I will be getting a hydrocortisone cream tomorrow
