My queries professionally answered. First response was a little short (not very detailed/explanatory as one would expect when they are not face to face). Later answers did clarify the doubts. However the site needs to have a mechanism where the doctor can be consulted even after the discussion is closed, in the event when such a test is required whose results come after a few days by when the discussion is closed

Dr Gupta was extremely helpful. He had detailed knowledge and expertise in the field of my enquiry and answered promptly. Even without being able to examine me, Dr Gupta still fully understood the nature of the problem and clarified the likely causes and what I should expect.
