Thank you for your answer Dr. Bishnoi. I started Topirirmate several days ago at 25 mg 2 times a day and already it has reduced my appetite! An added bonus is that it also helps migraines. But it's not helping that yet. It may need increasing before that happens. Also, I'm still hypomanic, so I'm guessing an increase will be needed for that also. I've been on all the mood stabilizers, and I think most anti-psychotics and antidepressants over the last 21 years so i know patience is required. Thanks again for your excellent advice. You're the best!
