Thanks Sir. As advised by you I went to doctor with these symptoms and discussed the case in details. He asked for CBC, ECG and Chest Xray, and gave some medicines of allergy. According to him problem is swelling of breath tube due to dust and pollution. Things are normal since my father started those medicines. Your answers helped me to chose correct doctor. Thanks a lot for your suggestions.
