Thank you for the information. It would be nice to know them exact percentage of efficacy for Neosporin. Perhaps one day a more effective antimicrobial gel or cream will be developed and utilized. Any percentage is better than zero.

As it turns out, I followed the Doctor's advice and was seen the next day by my primary Doctor. ECG was performed revealing arrhythmia and I was referred to a Cardiologist for an additional ECG, Ultrasound, and a Stress Test. Bottom Line: no immediate crisis, but we are treating the arrhythmia. So, your assessment of the potential causes was straight on given the limited data that I was able to provide you. I appreciate your help; being up all night on Monday was not the highlight of my week!
