Dr. Punj's response was very helpful, and I was able to get some relief from my symptoms, until I could get into the Prompt Care for an actual prescription. I also appreciated the references of other doctors in my city, which I had requested, as I am newly relocated to the area and need a new primary care doctor. I'm very happy to have the piece of mind that comes from knowing I will now have a doctor to receive all of my medical history information, and assist me with the other specialist referrals that I will need. One thing about this online service, that, though the main page indicated a number of doctors 'online at that moment',I am very happy with the response, and the compared value of the cost of the online service vs. the quality of the response made it hands-down well worth it.Good online service!
