Many people enjoy a drink from time to time. An occasional drink does not affect the health much. But drinking too much or too often alcohol is bad for health. If it is affecting you in anyway – health wise or financially, it is time to cut-down on it.
Here are some tips and tricks to cut it down:
Most importantly, believe that you can stop drinking. Self-confidence and commitment enhance your chance for success. Men should not drink more than one drink per hour and not exceed three drinks per evening. Women should not exceed one drink per hour and should not drink more than two drinks per evening. Don’t just complain about your drinking. Do something about it!
