                                    Hi,Dr XXXXXXX
1. It is first time I have such circulars.
2.There are not discharge,itchy,or pain.
They just pop up and start growing in circulars.
Looks to me like spots after vacsination.
I do have sometimes reddness on my armpits, but they are 'ON" and "OFF".
Regards XXXXXXX

                                    Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back.
I have seen your photographs. The possibilities in your case can be nummular eczema, psoriasis, pityriasis rosea and parapsoriasis. The definitive cause can be ascertained only after physical examination and skin biopsy.
However, I suggest you to keep applying dovonex cream once a day and apply a good moisturizing cream twice daily. If the condition persists beyond 15 days, a consultation with a dermatologist would be needed.
I hope I have addressed your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be happy to help.
