Question : i accidentally pricked my thumb after giving some the injection innohep is this XXXXXXX for me

NO Danger, in general.

Infection is a possibility - from skin contamination at that time.
Syringes and needles are sterile and no problems from that.

Innohep in it must be minuscule and will not do anything.
