Brief Answer:
you could...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

first of all, in order to get pregnant you must have sex during your 'fertile' week of the month, that is up to 5-6 days before ovulation and up to 24 hours later. Having sex at any other time won't get you pregnant because the sperm won't make it for more than 5-6 days inside the vagina (if for example you had sex a week before ovulation) and the ovum won't be fertile for more than 24 hours after being released (if you had sex after ovulation).

The time of ovulation cannot be predicted. It can only be estimated. It is exactly 14 days before the next period. If you have a relatively stable cycle then you can predict the date with sufficient accuracy. So getting pregnant requires having sex from 3 to 2 weeks before your next period.

You can try testing (a pregnancy test kit) after the first missed period or a little earlier with a blood test for beta chorionic gonadotropin. This can get positive 10-14 days after conception.

The symptoms you've described can be also attributed to the oncoming period.

Detailed Answer:
You are welcome!

Sometimes a urinary tract infection may occur after having sex. A constant urgency to urinate requires checking for an infection with a urinalysis. Please note that increased urination can also be an early sign of pregnancy so this is something to consider but you should exclude the infection first.

Kind regards!
