Question : If a doctor finds 3 large black spots in the stomach after an endoscopy, is the probabal outcome cancer or could it be something else
Brief Answer:
Not likely cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Black spots are not typical sign of cancer which is more red, ulcerative and bleeding. Blackspots may be sign of gastritis, certain foods intake, or crohns disease. However,in many cases it doesn't mean anything, but biopsy should be taken and then right diagnosis can be established. Wish you good health. Regards
