Brief Answer:
It is very common to get a fever after a dose of DTP

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. For a day or two after vaccination (mainly with DTP) a child may have fever and that is not something concerning. Dolopar or Crocin and tepid sponging is all that is needed. Please be patient. I am certain that the fever would subside in the next few days. The swelling should also subside. If not, it would be a good idea to get the condition reviewed by your treating physician.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
The dose of paracetamol is 15mg/kg/dose

Detailed Answer:
The correct dose for your child would be 3.5ml per dose. You therefore need to increase the dose.
