                                    Brief Answer:
Pregnancy test,estrogen & progesterone tests
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Missed periods have to be investigated for pregnancy.
So, take up a urine pregnancy test to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
The FSH is raised, however menopause is not the only cause of raised FSH.
I would suggest you to get levels of estrogens and progesterones also.
Mid-cycle bleeding and mid-cycle pain can occur during ovulation.
Thus, there is nothing to worry about the spotting and pain.
If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Beta HCG levels are independent of other hormones
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Beta HCG is secreted by the trophoblastic tissue in initial pregnancy and it is independent of other hormonal levels.
