Question: Hello,
I have been having a systemic medical issue on and off for 2 months . It all began with a sore throat and white spots on tonsils, swollen lymph nodes behind ear and under jaw consistently, my lymph node on my left armpit became sore one day and went away and also a my testicles became very tender and painful for 2 days. I have a sore throat on and off. Also white dots in stool with extreme pain on my lower left quadrant. (The dots in stool still persist) my tongue became white and I was told it wasn't a fungus infection, but a geographic tongue. It begans with a white like that then becomes a red map like sore on tongue(comes and goes) I have also developed a pale horizontal line on the tip of every nail. Ontop of this I have also have mild folliculitis on my scalp , beard ,chest and Legs and also black dots in pored behind thigh that if I peel will come offI have gotten checked for hiv(rna & 4th generation Elisa) negative , syphilis(negative) hepatitis B&C (negative) hsv1 & hsv 2 negative.negative for gonorrhea or chlamydia, negative. CMV negative.I have had nights chills 2 times since august when I got sick, sinus on and off with ear aches.I even had a colonoscopy done also since I had dark spots in my stool. My heart has also had an irregular heart these past few days and I have to follow up with a cardiologist in 3 days. I don't know what else to do or who to go to. Doctors all tell me my numbers are normal and it could be viral but my girlfriend has also had the sore throats and slight folliculitis on her face and buttocks area. With a lot of yeast infections recently also. I don't know if this can be a systemic fungal infection ,that's maybe affecting my heart(endocarditisor pericarditis) my tongue is in pain all the time and I feel like I'm going crazy. Could this be hiv? I need some guidance on who to go to or what to do. I don't understand how a doctor can just tell me everything's fine when I clearly don't feel fine. Please give me some advice

Brief Answer:
No need to worry about them.

There are 8 broad types of viral hepatitis. Only a few are spread through sexual or blood borne routes. You need not worry about them. They have not been tested for.

Brief Answer:
Deaddiction needed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond faster.

Your statement explains the situation. Alcohol has a damaging effect on the liver as well as the rest of the body. The metabolites of alcohol are toxic and the body is unable to handle them. So you actually need to go for deaddiction. You can get assistance from a psychiatrist but otherwise any other doctor would not be able to help.
