Hello,

A few causes of itching and tingling sensation at vagina are yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, sexually transmitted diseases like chlamydia, trichomoniasis etc., chemical irritants like scented soap or any lubricants, any foreign objects in vagina, allergic factors, eczema, psoriasis or vaginal dryness.

As you have tried yeast and bacterial medication, just check if you have been using any chemical irritants. Get treated for vaginal dryness. If you have vaginal discharge with foul smell associated with fever or any lower abdomen cramps, once get tested for sexually transmitted infections.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
