Question : Hi my name is XXXXX please suggest me any tablet to get my periods immediately with in 1 day and there should not be any side effects in future this saturday my friend marriage on that time my periods has to clear so please suggest me tablet to get periods immediately

Last month 2 july 2nd thats y i m getting tension now about my periods,,,normally i am getting my periods regularly but its too delay i cant understand what to do

Norethisterone tablets advised

Then in my opinion start taking tablet norethisterone 5 mg twice a day from tuesday for 5 days and on leaving the drug you will get your periods in 2-5 days.
This way you can enjoy the marriage also and get a nice synchronized shedding of the endometrium too.
But in case this is repeated in next cycle then get an ultrasound done to see if there is any problem with ovary or the uterus.

Maximum you can try taking tablet norethisterone 5 mg three tines a day today and tomorrow and then leave it.
It might get you periods by Wednesday morning but not surely.
