Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to XXXXXXX

Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

Brown spots are age spots.
It usually start appearing in 30s and 40s of age.

It is not harmful and does not need treatment.
For cosmetic purpose, you may need treatment.

It is tanning due to exposure of skin to Ultraviolet rays from sun. UltraViolet (UV) light accelerates the production of melanin, creating a XXXXXXX that helps protect deeper layers of skin from UV rays.

Over the period of exposure to UV light , the melanin may clump together and form Brown spots.
There is no further investigation needed.

Please follow my advice.
1. Avoid sunlight as much as you can, especially between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
2. Use High sun protection factor cream (SPF > 30),15 to 20 minutes before going out in sun.
3. If necessary of going out in day, Avoid direct exposure to sun, by walking in shade.
4. For treatment, you can use the cream containing Hydroquinone and retinoids. This may lighten your skin and removes tanning. Retinoids is not advised for woman who plan to have baby.

Hope this helps.

Wishing you good health.
