Is there any possibility to have hiv test positive after 1 year negative test?

Not possible unless you acquired a new infection after your last test and provided the last test reliably ruled out Hiv e.g an antibody based test at 12 weeks or more after sexual contact reliably rules out both Hiv-1 and 2 infection.

It was antibody test using vitros eci. Result was 0.17. The test was done 218 days after last exposure.
