Brief Answer:
Ciplactin is off label use to increase appetite

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I do not know how you came to know about Ciplactin(Cyproheptadine) it is not longer a good preparation for increasing weight or for that matter appetite.
You should meet a Dietitian and take a diet plan which is the perfect and standard way of gaining weight. You are not categorized as under weight you are just borderline. You may appear thin and might want to increase weight.
You should increase weight by
1) Frequent snacking
2) Replacing low calorie food to high calorie food

I think it is worthy to take a dietitian consult in your local area than taking drugs with so many side effects esp Ciplactin.
