Can Dabur Shilajit Gold Capsules Be Taken Along With Sildenafil?
Question: Dear Sir,
I am a 36 year old men and having one daughter of 7 years old. I recently did second marriage (15days back) with a bachelor girl after death of my wife in March 2015. I had fine sex life with my deceased wife and I used to take one capsule of Dabur shilajit Gold sometimes in winter occasionally.
Now I am having problem in going through with my wife due to her small hole and finding it hard to enter my penis inside her vagina due to following reason:-
1. Sometimes 3/10, I feel lack of hardness in penis. For that i tried Sildenafil Citrate capsule two or three times and felt superb.
2. Most of the time, my wife feel huge pain and set herself back or push me the moment penis starts entering into her vagina.
Thus I have following questions:-
1. Is regular use of Sildenafil Citrate 4-5 times in a month is harmful? I don't have ED Problem
2. I started Dabur Shilajit Gold again also (one capsul one day) and it also give hardness and longevity but not as good as Sildenafil Citrate. Can I continue Dabur Shilajit Gold on continuous basis. I feel body freshness also when using Dabur Shilajit Gold.
3. For completing xxx one time with my wife, is there any medicine/oil by which she may not feel so pain and comfortably support the process. She says that she remain excited until my penis start touching her vagina. The moment it touches, her excitement goes off.
4. Is there any medicine other than Sildenafil Citrate which can provide hardness to penis and is also safe to take regularly.

Thanks for writing to us. I read your problem and understood your concern.
You can do sex with sildenafil means there is no physical problem. You can do it without that also in future. I think main problem is new partner. Many time couple takes time to adjust in sex life. She was bachelor and may not have experience of sex so she is somewhat fearful. As time goes she will have experience and she will not resist you from entering inside. However if her pain is excess and affecting her orgasm, consultation of gynecologist will help to rule out vaginismus. She should be relaxed while doing sex without apprehension and thinking about pain.

5- PDE inhibitor group of medicines includes sildenafil or tadalafil. It is proven drug for male erectile dysfunction and some reports of success in female also. One of them should be used 2 hours prior to sex. They cause headache, stuffy nose nausea and gastric discomfort like common side effects. Proper physical check-up of cardiac system should be done by a doctor before starting the same. These are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor/psychiatrist/sexologist for the prescription.
Long term use from many years may cause cardiac dysfunction and visual problems.
As such 4-5 times in a month for few months will not be harmful but it should be taken under medical supervision not as a self medication.

Dabar Shilajit is an ayurvedic product and you can use it on regular basis. Yes you can use sildenafil simultaneously.

The best thing is she should be relax. Some pain is there but it is enjoyable pain overall. One option is using lignocaine gel to prevent pain but it may cause numbness and problem in orgasm. Other option is to use water based KY gel which provides enough lubrication without any side effect. And she also can take over the counter pain killer like brufen or diclofenac before 2 hours of sex to reduce/prevent pain sensation.
Ans 4:
I do not recommend regular use of sildenafil. You can use medicine cum vitamin supplement containing pyridoxal-5-phosphate, mecobalamin and l-methylfolate (trade name tetrafol plus)is very helpful in my patients. It has shown improvement in 50-60% patients of mine with ED. You may get this medicine over the counter as it is vitamin product. You should take it twice a day after meal for 2 months.
