Brief Answer:
Yes, you can have your antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Nice to meet you,

You can have your antibiotics so that you can complete the course. From your previous query, I have read that you are taking doxycycline after a D&C. Usually the antibiotic is recommended for 7 days, but studies have shown that it is good enough to prevent infection if taken for 3 - 5 days. Thus consult your gynecologist before you discontinue medicine.

Regarding the diarrhea, answer my following few questions so that it will help me to diagnose accurately.

Whether your stool watery?
Any blood associated with it ?

In meanwhile, Try to rehydrate yourself with oral rehydration solution (ORS) to replenish yourself with electrolytes. Try to drink lot of fluid, and avoid spicy foods which might irritate the bowel resulting increased diarrhea episodes.

Doing stool (feces) culture is advised for finding the pathogenic organism causing stools.
Hope helped you,
Take care.

Brief Answer:
As follows,

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back,

Nothing to worry then, absence of blood in stools decreases both the possibility of bowel erosion and the severity of the diarrhoea.
As I said already, rehydrate yourself, Continue on the drugs and follow up with stool cultures.
