Brief Answer:
it depends upon response to medicine in terms of pain relief

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Oxycodone is an opiate and highly effective for pain relief. Tylonol (acetaminophen) may not effective in severe pain.

Eleve (Naproxen) is NSAID- Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and quite helpful in pain management.

If you feel good pain relief with naproxen, of course you can replace it with oxycodone on alternate day.It is good idea that you do not need much oxycodone.

You may get some discomfort by doing so initially due to oxycodone withdrawal if you are on it since more than 8 weeks. However you can adjust the same in a week.
In any case if you do not feel pain relief with this approach, please shift back to oxycodone.

Inform your treating doctor about the same.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
