Brief Answer:
Best - paracetamol, effective - ultracet, no- etova Mr, maybe - snepdol

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, I am Dr. Priyank Mody , Cardiologist, Lilavati Hospital, XXXXXXX
I will be helping you to resolve your concerns.

I do understand that sciatica can be disabling and interfere with quality of life. I will hereby be brief and to point
1) try avoiding all pain killers as they are for temporary relief for 6-8 hours. So physiotherapy is the best way out. Though tedious but effective.
2) if analgesic is needed. Most mild is simple paracetamol, like tab lanor Er or tab dolo
3) if paracetamol doesn't work the most safe for you to take in context of heart, kidney and long term safety is, tab ultracet.
4)tab etova Mr forte has etodolac as active substance which is NOT recommended for ppl who have risk of heart problem plus on aspirin. Even the wrapper supplement contains the warning. However if you need muscle relaxant only thio this component of it may be used on sos basis.
5)snepdol content do not directly effect the heart, though it's a new drug used and not many long term studies are available. So you may use it sos however on daily basis and long term I wouldn't prefer. Two precautions with this drug is any liver toxicity and chances of addiction.

Hoping this would help.

Brief Answer:
Paracetamol and tramadol are safest

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As I said Paracetamol ( acetaminophen) is the best and safest. XXXXXXX you can take is 2000 mg, that is 4 tab of 500mg or 3 tab of 650mg.
If pain is more severe tramadol is an good option 50 mg tab, only one withen 12 hours.

Tab Ultracet is a combination of paracetamol and tramadol, so would be a good option. This is a prescription medication and should need a doctor's prescription.

All the other drugs increases blood pressure, may retain fluid when taken for long, so not recommended in heart patients.
Once a while some tab is ok, just don't get into a routine.
