Brief Answer:
You can use Framycetin ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I would suggest that you might be having a thrombosed pile.
Kindly use Framycetin ointment, which comes with a special applicator.
The same ointment, depending on the brand name, typically comes with a mild anesthetic that will reduce your burning sensations.
Take a course of antibiotics by mouth. This will further augment your treatment.
The exact antibiotic to be taken, is best determined by a antibiotic sensitivity test.
