Can HIV Be Contracted Through A Non-penetrative Intercourse?

Question: Hello Dr the other day i stupidly went to a massage parlor. The lady there gave ma a massage and then put seran wrap on my penis and gave me oral for maybe 15-20 seconds before i stopped her fearing it was not good protection. I also rubbed her crotch from behind but through her yoga pants and underwear she was not nude. But then without thinking i touched my penis for a few seconds with the same hand that i rubbed her with my hand did not get wet as she had clothes on but I am now scared thinking what if some vaginal secretions got on my hand and then I touched my penisI know it is unlikely but I am still scared thinking I have to wait 3 to 6 months to do test now
Brief Answer:
Please don't worry there is no risk for HIV and STD.

Brief Answer:
Please don't worry. There is no reason for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcaremagic.
Please don't worry! Based on your data (you rubbed her with your hand and did not get wet as she had clothes on and that is more possible to not have secretions contact) I emphasize again there is no reason for concern for HIV.
Furthermore if we suppose that you have vaginal fluid contact, you should know that HIV is actually a pretty fragile virus, and it doesn't do well once exposed to air. In fact, HIV loses its ability to transmit almost as soon as it leaves the body and comes into contact with the air. Therefore, even if you have contact with her vaginal fluid and the vaginal fluid did contain HIV, this scenario would be considered no risk.
I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a good health.
Regards.
